Aware Monitoring is committed to providing a reliable, accurate and effective service. We have plans to build further redundancy into our operating infrastructure.

After a service interruption yesterday caused by an network issue at an upstream provider in our primary data centre, a Tier3+ facility, we are now bringing these plans forward and implementing several key improvements as a priority.

These improvements will include distributing our core-services across several unrelated host-providers and locations. This will ensure continued service for the rare occurrences of a complete host-provider or site-wide failure that is beyond our control.
