It is an exciting, fun and varied marketing role, one you can really sink your teeth into. You’ll be reporting directly to the company CEO, and responsibilities will include:
Media Relations - Drafting, editing, and submitting award applications, press releases, story pitches and articles as necessary.
Customer Relations - Developing and publish monthly newsletters, communicating with service trialists and producing surveys.
Contact Management - Managing our contact database, assisting with running Customer Relationship Management and emailing systems.
Marketing Collateral - Producing and updating product information, case studies, co-ordinating design and production of posters/banners/gift items.
Communications Channels - Assist with website copy, developing and publishing regular blog posts, communicating on Twitter and LinkedIN.
Event Management - Design and develop content for bi-monthly webinars, research relevant industry events and responsible for trade show co-ordination and presence
Ideally you should have several years of Marketing experience, preferably in a technology service organisation working across multiple channels. A marketing or business degree is preferred though not required.
What we really want is a great writer, someone with an understanding of strategy, an eye for detail and good design, and most importantly, a passion to serve customers.
