Share your account
We’ve designed Aware Monitoring to allow multi-user access. You can invite additional users to access your account, and take full control over their permissions.
So you can share your account with additional administrators who can help set up and configure monitors, or you can invite read-only viewers to share access to real-time status and historical reports.
Custom alerts
We'll alert you immediately if your website goes down, and we'll also tell you if your website is under-performing or running slowly. We send alerts via email, SMS text message and by automated voice-call. Set up alerts for each monitor and add in additional users for us to notify if there’s a problem.
Status Dashboard
Our Dashboard gives you a single view of your website’s status, and tells you about any issues across your entire account. You can see problems quickly and drill-down for more detail. Monitors show any issues or problems at the top, while recent availability and outages statistics are ‘rolled-up’ for a full account view.

Set up content checks to make sure pages contain the text you expect, or don’t serve up specific error messages. You can also add a username and password to monitor password protected sites using HTTP authentication.
